Michael Parker is a 26+ year real estate veteran, investor, and educator who has lived through multiple market cycles—and actually made money in all of them. He started his career in Southern California as a real estate appraiser, eventually owning his own appraisal firm that completed thousands of valuations for banks, funds, REITs, and developers. That work gave him ground-truth insight into value, risk, and how lenders really think—knowledge he still uses every day.

From there, Michael became a real estate broker and active investor focused on distressed properties, flips, rentals, and creative finance. He has worked deals across California and out of state, including middle-class single-family homes, value-add opportunities, and Section 8 / voucher-backed rentals.

Appraisal & Valuation Expertise

Michael owned an appraisal firm that completed thousands of valuations for banks, funds, REITs, and developers. This deep dive into property valuation gave him an unfair advantage in understanding risk, opportunity, and how institutional capital thinks.

Creative Deal Structures
